3. 定期召开项目会议，协调项目小组成员解决项目过程中出现的问题

4. 负责开发阶段与客户相关人员的对接，向客户汇报项目进度及项目状况

5. 协助新项目投资预算及新项目投资管控
Support to finish new project investment and budget, and new project investment control
6. 协助其他部门完成本部门应该完成的其他事项
